Here's another shot from Sunday's walk on the nature trail.

I've been thinking about anger lately. . . I've been really trying to figure out the lessons behind the incidents that bring out my crazy Irish temper. I know that there's a lesson behind the car that almost hits me, and the visiting kids upstairs that sound like sumo wrestlers. I think as soon as you figure out the lessons, they tend to go away. All I know is I have to keep my cool. :)
